ELIZABETHTOWN — The Boquet River Association (BRASS) will hold its Annual Meeting on Monday, March 4, at the Hand House on River Street in Elizabethtown. The business meeting will begin at 7 p.m., followed by a slide show on BRASS 2012 activities and plans for 2013. The Annual Meeting includes election of at-large board members and officers.
