The Adirondack Waterfest is a free, one day event for families that showcases local organizations and businesses that are involved in water quality. Come learn about your local waterbodies through presentations, games, educational exhibits and much more. An array of water quality issues are addressed, including stormwater runoff, erosion and sediment control, wells, septic systems and watershed and lake health. Once you have learned about innovative ways to protect our local lakes, visit the vendor area for more ideas and products. A Kids Area will be offered with activities, games, t-shirt printing, face painting and balloon animals by Meriloons the Clown, live animals and a bouncy house. There will also be a free Zucchini Brothers concert at 12:30 pm.
