Rotary to hold Winter Carnival

PLATTSBURGH — The Plattsburgh Sunrise Rotary Club will hold its 4th annual Winter Carnival at the CVPH front lawn from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb 9.
Admission is free.
Those who attend are asked to bring a nonperishable food item to donate to the local food pantry.
