Learn how to make and bake basic breads, honey raisin nut bread, and pizza dough! This class will cover the fundamentals of bread baking in the European tradition of flour, water, yeast, and salt. By the end of the class, you will understand all the necessary steps to fire, prep, and bake in a wood-fired oven. Be prepared to go home with a mind as full as your stomach!
