This two-day workshop is for kids twelve and up! Come make a pair of traditional gathered-toe moccasins like those that native people in the area would have worn. A template of your feet will be made to cut out the needed leather from brain-tanned and smoked buckskin or tandy leather. Awls will be used to make the holes that will be laced up with hand-made, spiral-cut leather lacing. You will complete both moccasins by the end of the workshop. The class will be complete with a short history lesson on the footwear.

Fee = $170 + materials ($85 for brain-tanned buckskin and $45 for tandy leather - Est.)
