ESSEX — The Essex Theatre Company will be holding its Annual Board of Trustees Meeting at 4 p.m. and its Annual Membership Meeting at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 14, at the Willsborough Visitors Center on Main Street (next to the Sportsman's Dinette). The public is invited. Refreshments will be served.
