TICONDEROGA — The second annual non-profit Royal Winter Pageant will hold its second practice at the Ticonderoga High School. Girls in grades 3-5 will meet at 3-5 p.m. and girls in grades 6-8 will meet at 5-7 p.m. There is a $15 fee due at practice and a parent must accompany each girl for registration.
