TICONDEROGA — In partnership with the North Country Small Business Development Center, Dunkin Donuts of Ticonderoga, Stewarts Shops and Mannix Marketing, the the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce will host “Business Basics - Customer First Culture” 8 to 9:30 a.m. The seminars are free to chamber members and $15 for others.
